A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the violation of the Labor Standards Act against H, I, J, K, L, M, and N.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a user who runs an online game development company using 25 full-time workers under the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO's "(P)P".

The defendant shall work at the same workplace from January 2, 2014 to March 4, 2014.

As stated in attached Table 1 (except this year, 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8), total wages and retirement allowances of 35,648,325 workers were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the due date, as well as total wages of Q, including total wages of 4,933,333 won, etc. of retired workers.

The Defendant is a user who runs an online game development company using 25 full-time workers under the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan CityO's "(P)P".

On March 12, 2012, the Defendant joined and works for the P on March 12, 2012

On March 11, 2014, without any agreement on the extension of the R and the date of payment with respect to retired workers, the said R did not pay KRW 4,133,490 and retirement allowances KRW 4,834,470 within 14 days from the date of retirement of the said R.

The Defendant, including this, did not enter into an agreement with the employees on the extension of the payment date as shown in the attached Table 2 (except No. 8), and did not pay KRW 77,889,372 in total, and KRW 25,748,310 in total, and KRW 25,748,310 in total, within 14 days from the retirement date of each employee.

Accordingly, the defendant did not pay wages and retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of worker's retirement.

The Defendant of Gangnam-gu Seoul O is an employer who runs an online game development company with 25 full-time workers under the trade name of "(P)" in Gangnam-gu Seoul O.

The Defendant shall work at the relevant workplace from January 14, 2013 to June 25, 2014.

The total amount of wages and retirement allowances of retired workers 16,66,65 won and retirement allowances 4,821,917 won, including the total amount of wages of retired workers 16,66,65 won and retirement allowances 4,821,917 won, as shown in attached Table 3 of Crimes List 3.
