Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in Daegu Northern-gu B.

The person who sells red, Taegeuk or white ginseng, or other ginseng shall not open a package of goods inspected on which a self-inspection certificate or an inspection certificate stamp is affixed or printed, keep or display them for the purpose of sale, or change the contents or packing unit thereof.

Nevertheless, around May 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed white ginseng 300g of the inspected goods purchased from a person who was not injured; (b) changed the packing unit into 100g, and sold them to E located in Daegu Suwon-gu D.
