Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

In order to order the provisional payment of an amount equivalent to the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a juristic person established for the purpose of manufacturing, wholesale, retail business, etc. of ginseng products, committed the following offenses with respect to the defendant's business.

B is a general director of the defendant who is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing ginseng varieties located D at permanent residence, and C is a director of the division of the above corporation and a person in charge of accounting and sales management.

The person who manufactures red, Taegeuk or white ginseng, or other ginseng for the purpose of sale or export shall conduct a self-inspection, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, or undergo an inspection by a ginseng varieties inspection agency determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and shall not sell or export red, Taegeuk or white ginseng, or other ginseng which failed to pass an inspection, or keep or display it for the purpose of sale.

B and C around September 201, at the above Defendant A, up to 201, up to 110 million won, “E” (capacity 300g, Capacity 280,000), 100, “F” (Control 150g, Red ginseng, Red ginseng, and Sales Price 62,00 won), “E” (capacity 300g, Capacity 280,000) 360, “G” (capacity 150g, Sale Price 33,000) 20, “E” (Quantities 300g, Sales Price 280,000 won), and “E” (Quantities 30g, Sales Price 280,000 won) 110,000 won, and then, from around 2013 to March 2013, 20, 200 from the date of self-inspection with respect to the above red ginseng products to attach only the certificate of completion of self-inspection with respect to the above ginseng products.

As a result, B and C conspired to sell ginseng varieties which were not inspected by a ginseng varieties inspection agency.
