A In nine months of imprisonment, Defendant B’s imprisonment for eight months, Defendant C and D for six months, and Defendant E for a fine of one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut 50kg of ADL telecommunications cable 50kg owned by the victim SKB World Co., Ltd. in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J apartment MDF room (computer equipment room); (b) cut off the victim SKL telecommunications cable 50kg.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim as shown in the attached Table 3.
2. Defendant A and B confirmed whether the telecommunications cable is used, Defendant B cut off the telecommunications cable line, the Defendants agreed to transport the cut telecommunications cable line together, and then cut off the telecommunications cable total of 190 kilograms, including UPT lines 100 km and CPEV cable lines 90 km from around July 15, 2013 to around August 14, 2013, and cut off the telecommunications cable of 1,2,4,5,6,10, and (12) of the attached list of crimes from around that time to around August 14, 2013.
3. The Defendant A, B, C, and D’s special theft crime confirmed whether the telecommunications cable line is used, and Defendant B cut off the telecommunications cable line, carried it together with the telecommunications cable line cut by Defendant C and D, on August 3, 2013, and cut off the telecommunications line of 190 kilograms, including the sum of 40 km lines owned by the victim SKV World Co., Ltd and 150 km lines from the victim SKV cable room in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 3, 2013, and then cut off the telecommunications line of 190 kilograms from around August 24, 2013 to August 24, 2013.
4. Defendant E is a person who operates a secondhand shop in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M with the trade name “N” and is engaged in sales, such as electric wires and so on. The Defendant, who is engaged in the sales of highhand goods, confirms the personal information of the seller and enters them in the transaction account book.
