Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around March 12, 2010, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings from around 22:00 to around 02:00 on March 13, 2010, upon intrusion beyond the fence of “E” managed by the victim D located in Gwangju Mine-gu C, and cut off the unexponed electric wires at the market price at the external voltages of the factory, and attempted to load them into the cargo from the Frier, on which the Defendant was aboard. 2. 3. On December 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door of the victim limited liability company M& factories managed by L from 22:00 on December 28, 2015 to 02:00 on December 29, 2015; and (b) was connected to the internal power distribution teams from the outer pressure gauge of the factory to the inner power distribution teams.
