A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2016, at around 23:00 on June 23:0, the Defendant placed a stop in the vicinity D located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and expressed the Defendant’s intent to “to commit suicide to get out of the house” by accessing the open hosting room using mobile phones in connection with F in the Escton car, which is a juvenile of the Defendant, who expressed the Defendant’s intention to “to commit suicide to get out of the house,” and talks with G(a) who are sexual assault or abnormal to the victim during the conversation. The Defendant was unable to put the victim into the Defendant’s vehicle after driving the said car in the front of the victim’s house located in Mapo-si at around 01:30 on the following day.

1. Around 02:30 on June 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stopped the Defendant’s car on the road in the steel franchisium; (b) at the time of stopping the Defendant’s car on the road in the steel franchisium; and (c) there was no cash possessed by the victim as soon as possible at home; and (b) there was no cash possessed by the victim; and (c) at the same time, the victim, who is a juvenile at the road side of the area where the victim did not know properly, left the road side of the area where he did not know that he/she would refuse the Defendant’s act, left the road side of the said vehicle or became aware of whether the Defendant would have his/her piracy; and (d) the victim was flue at the rear seat of the said vehicle; and (e) let the victim enter the Defendant’s seat; and (e) let the victim and the victim go off his/her panty to the victim’s sexual intercourse with the Defendant’s sexual force.

On June 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts such as Fraudulent Means, etc.) led the victim who sits in the chief of the steering force while driving the Defendant’s car on or around 04:00 and moving the Defendant’s car to the residence of the victim who was in Pocheon-si from the steel-si fire on the street to the residence of the victim.
