A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the victim B (n, 50 years of age) and the legal couple, was unable to refuse the request of the defendant by assaulting the victim frequently while drinking a flat alcohol, and was sexually sexually expressed, so that the victim was unable to refuse the request of the defendant, and as a result, he was sexually expressed by a foreigner at home to make a sexual relationship with the victim and reported to observe the request or take a video image.

1. Rape;

A. On November 27, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) sent phone to the Defendant’s deaf house in the North Korean War; (b) who had been aware of marate from before, and had been playing in the deaf-do; or (c) who was sent to foreign workers D with nationality, with sexual intercourse with the victim; and (d) went to the deaf-do.

The defendant entered a plan for D, which had been found in the deaf-do, and caused D to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim who has been forced to fright to drink frighten by continuous violence of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant had D, who is unaware of the circumstance, raped the victim.

B. At around 21:00 on November 28, 2018, the Defendant called at the place referred to in the preceding paragraph that D had the former foreigner take a large gender to enter the D’s pro-friendly family member or a foreign worker E with nationality, and caused E to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim whose anti-paragraph is suppressing, as described in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant had E, who is unaware of the circumstance, raped the victim.

2. No person shall photograph another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or other mechanical device with similar functions, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, and distribute, sell, lease, or provide any photographer against the latter's will;

Nevertheless, the defendant takes photographs against the victim's will at least three times as follows, and the victim shall take such photographs:
