Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2015, around 10:00, the Defendant had stolen in advance the cash withdrawal machine managed by the Korean AFFFF Bank at the point of Ansan Livestock Co., Ltd. located in the Gumsan-dong of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

B by inserting a passbook (Account Number: C) in the name of passbook B, and withdrawing the deposit amount of KRW 1 million in cash and KRW 6 million in total over six times.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
