A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2017, at around 02:48, the Defendant: (a) left behind the victim F (V, 27 years of age) who was protruding the place at the front of Gangdong-gu Seoul E-ro, Seoul; and (b) pushed the victim’s shoulder and chest by hand, and entered the original facts in the charges as “when the victim’s shoulder and chest are in a way between the victim’s shoulder and breast,” but as seen later, the Defendant was pushed the victim as the latter.

It is reasonable to view that part was corrected according to the facts obtained through the examination of changes in indictment without prejudice to the defendant's exercise of the defendant's right of defense.

Although the victim tried to catch and cut the excreta in a amount equivalent to KRW 900,000 in his/her hand, the victim took the bank as his/her hand, and she took the bank as his/her hand, deducted the victim's bags from the sum of KRW 2,370,00,00, and caused the victim's injury, such as dump dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
