A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim D(41 years of age) and about one year.

At around 22:00 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant suffered injury in need of approximately four weeks of medical treatment, such as fluoral trees, etc. on the part of the victim, etc. on the ground that the Defendant, on the ground that the Defendant, in his/her own dwelling space No. 201, he/she had no enough time to move to the hospital because his/her usual body was good inside his/her own dwelling space, and that he/she said that he/she would grow.
