On August 15, 2015, at around 21:53, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km in front of the new king3m of both reduction and exemption at the same time, from the roads in the French-Eup of the Mancheon-gu, the Mancheon-gu, the Republic of Korea, in the state of 0.152% alcohol concentration.
