Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On June 23, 2016, at around 21:30, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a car in the column B in the section B of about 15 km from the road near the Gu Seocheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seowon-si to the road 38, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
