A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics, etc., shall import or administer psychotropic drugs, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant, while residing in China’s upper region, purchased psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks in China, and carried them into the Republic of Korea, and collected clocks by using clocks-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks in China. D received them and shared their roles to sell them in the Republic of Korea.

At around 17:00 on July 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sealed approximately 91.54g philopon, which he obtained at the Defendant’s house in the Republic of China, into a vinyl, and concealed it into his own panty, and (b) was on board an aircraft of about 3625 Zcopon, which starts from the Hong o Airport in the Republic of China on the same day at around 19:00 on the same day, and passed through the port of entry at the port of Kimpo-si Airport in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Airport on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 91.54 grams in collusion with D.

2. At around 12:00 on July 8, 2014, the Defendant administered opon medication by inserting approximately 0.03g of oponononon from the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house in China, to the glass pipe (tentatively referred to as “cathobes”) attached to a glass disease, and inserting the steam generated by heating the opon into a glass disease.

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall import psychotropic drugs, and the defendant and D are not the person handling narcotics, respectively.

The Defendant, while residing in China's shopping mall, purchased and sold Mebacules (one philophone, hereinafter "philophones") which are D and psychotropic drugs, carried them into the Republic of Korea, and then divided the proceeds therefrom. The Defendant, in China, takes the role of purchasing philophones from China, and takes the role of selling philophones in Korea.
