Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing a camera (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon") which is a medicine of a psychotropic spirit;

A. A. around July 2015, the Defendant received approximately 300,000 philophones contained in the disposable injection machine from D around Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), and around 0.35 g.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

B. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant received approximately KRW 200,00 from D around C lending and approximately KRW 0.35g of phiphones contained in the disposable injection machine from the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. around August 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of philophones contained in G from G in G’s house near the F Station in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

B. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.05g gramphones contained in I for once in the one-time injection on the road in front of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

On November 9, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of philophones contained in D, which was located in D, one-time diversary in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Dalla, 101, Ga 1.A., put the fire into a disposable injection machine for the first use, melted with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

B. On July 2015, the Defendant, at the house of the above Defendant, put the upper part of the instant 1.A. Handphones purchased as stated in the foregoing 1. A, put them into a disposable folder, melting them into water, and melting them into the lower part.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

On August 2015, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05 g of philophones received from the above G’s house to the single-use gate, and melted them with water.

In this respect, the defendant philophones.
