A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

10,300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on November 30, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on January 27, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs;

A. On June 14, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphonephones with approximately five 1.2 grams of psychotropic drugs, using 1.2 billion won to E from the front path located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

B. At around 03:10 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 1.20,000 won in the front of the D, and (b) 1.20,000 won in the philophones, and purchased and sold philophones.

C. At around 13:30 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant remitted 1.2 million won to the national bank account (G) in the name of F used by E, and at around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones from E at approximately five grams from the front day of the said D.

On June 19, 2014, around 04:30 on June 19, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones with approximately five grams of 1.2 million philopon in E’s residential area near Songpa-gu Seoul, and purchased philopon.

E. On June 23, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones with approximately five grams of 1.2 million philopon from the vicinity of the above E’s dwelling to E, and purchased and sold philopon.

F. At around 16:20 on June 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened 1.2 million won to E in front of the foregoing D; (b) purchased and sold phiphones with approximately five grams of philophones.

G. At around 01:20 on June 28, 2014, the Defendant, at the vicinity of the above E’s residence, 950,000 won for E and 50,000 won for philophones. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant wired 250,000 won to the national bank account in the above F’s name, and traded philophones.
