A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On October 6, 2015, around 06:52, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in total four times from the date when he committed an indecent act against the victim C (the victim 24 years old), who was at the same time, in light of the following: (a) around 06:52, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by committing an indecent act against the victim C (the victim 24 years old); and (b) around October 9, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by committing an indecent act against the victim.

B. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim by placing her mare in the front line of subway No. 1, which was operated from the above E to the station opening around October 22, 2015.

On October 26, 2015, around 06:52, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, following the victim, etc. who was in a concentrated passenger cret, in the subway line No. 1, which was operated from above E to the station opening.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim from October 6, 2015 to October 26, 2015 on a total of six occasions from around October 6, 2015.

From October 29, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G on October 29, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim G by taking the arms and arms of the victim G (n, 28 years old) located in the crepit of passengers concentrated to board the subway in the I Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H as his hand, and committed an indecent act against the victim on the electric car, which is a means of public transportation.

3. On November 2, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim J around 06:50 on November 2, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim on his/her son’s son from behind, such as the victim J (W, 45 years old) who was located in the gap of concentrated passengers within the subway 1 Line Incheon Wndong, which was operated from the I Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the station.

4. On November 2, 2015, around 06:50 on November 2, 2015, the Defendant followed the Victim K (V, 25 years old), etc., of subway 1, Incheon Salk, which was located in the gap of concentrated passengers within the subway 1 line, operated from the I Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the station opened.
