A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On October 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Public Crow Places) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 12, 2016, and completed the execution of the above punishment on April 14, 2016. On October 14, 2016, the same court sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and completed the execution of the above punishment on March 15, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the former vehicle which is a means of public transportation.

On June 14, 2017, the Defendant: around 18:30 on June 14, 2017, 2017, the Defendant 1: (a) attached even after the victim D (V, 27 years old) in the electric car operated from subway 9 line located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul to the high speed terminal station located in 220, to the high speed terminal station; and (b) was pushed off with the Defendant’s sexual flag over five minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the electric car, which is a densely concentrated place for the public.

around 17:45 on September 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attached even after the victim E (V, age 22) located in the densely concentrated passenger crebs in the crebs of the offline of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Line 20, the subway 9 line, which was operated from the offside of the Dongjak-gu Line 17:20 on September 7, 2017 to the backside of the Simsan Station; and (b) 4 minutes after the crebing of the concentrated passengers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the former vehicle which is a means of public transportation.
