A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant avoided disturbance, such as attaching winds, from “D key points” operated by C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the drinking value.

The Defendant, upon receiving a report, expressed the victim F (mam, 47 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the Gangseo Police Station E District E District, and publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim, “Isnnnn the governance, fright, frighting, frighting bitch, bitching a bitch,” while viewing the said C and the customers.
