A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a 125cc c Stock with no license plate in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from a dangerous driving), violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

On 30, 2017. 302:28 on 30, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor device bicycle with alcohol level of 0.20%, without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver's license, and driven C front roads in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, with a driver's license.

At the time, it was night and there was a road where vehicle traffic has been frequent, so the defendant had a duty of care to thoroughly drive the front-time and safely according to the direction of progress.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected this, and operated the said road due to the negligence of operating the vehicle-line in the direction of the operation by the driver, and received the front part of the E-chip car operated by the victim D(57 tax) who was operating the said road.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving the above Oral Ba in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. of the river basin, which requires a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim F (F) who was on driving a driver's vehicle, such as the victim F (F) who was on driving a driver's vehicle, for about two-day medical treatment.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1.
