A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2013, at around 11:14, the Defendant driven a Bone Star-kicking Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 30km section of the Highway Daejeon, which was located at the cost of the Sinscopic Gyeongnam-si, to the Daejeon High-gun, Daejeon High-gun (28.2K).
