1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 9,437,976 as well as the full payment from August 9, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded each automobile insurance contract with respect to vehicles A, B, and C (hereinafter “Plaintiff 1, 2, and 3”), and the Defendant is a mutual aid insurer who has concluded each automobile mutual aid contract with respect to D vehicles, E vehicles, and F vehicles (hereinafter “Defendant 1, 2, and 3 vehicles”).

B. Around 05:20 on December 20, 2008, at the entrance of the National Highway No. 28 38 Dog-dong, Jungwon-gun, Jungwon-gun, G Driving on the road at the entrance of the National Highway No. 1 tunnel, 20 Dog-dong-gun, Jungwon-gun, (hereinafter referred to as the “cab”) was dissatisfed on the ice side and stopped in the reverse direction of the driving. (3) On April 19, 2013, around 15:10 on April 19, 2013, Plaintiff 3 and Defendant 3 R drivers of Q driving from the side side road of Sungwon apartment located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dobong-gu, Seoul, caused an accident of collision (hereinafter “instant 3 accident”).
