Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone shall be prohibited from illegally occupying or using agricultural infrastructure unless he/she has justifiable grounds, such as cases where it is necessary to take emergency measures to prevent damage caused by natural disasters and save lives, etc.

Nevertheless, from May 2012, the Defendant illegally occupied the agricultural infrastructure by planting approximately 400 pine trees to the artificial waterway of 1,411 square meters in Kim Jong-si, an agricultural infrastructure managed by the Korea Rural Community Corporation, which is an agricultural infrastructure.
