Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 11,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person of the 2015 Height2668 shall install, attach or distribute any outdoor advertisement under the Outdoor Advertisements, etc. Control Act, which is a media product harmful to juveniles, at any place open to the general public;

Nevertheless, at around 21:10 on February 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) printed the phrase “opis/water quality comparison prices, B, Gangnam Station 5, 7, and C” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Eastdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and (b) carried a front door of a media product harmful to juveniles with a view to arranging or suggesting sexual traffic; and (c) distributed approximately three copies on the outer wall of the building to the public, such as spreading around three copies on the outer wall of the building.

2. The Defendant of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1101 leased the Seoul Seocho-gu D Building 1101 and then employs female employees so as to have sexual intercourse with customers, the Defendant is a person engaging in the business of “tel commercial sex acts.”

No person shall receive or promise to receive money, valuables or other property benefits, and engage in acts, such as arranging sexual traffic, or distribute advertisements to sexual traffic business establishments.

From October 5, 2012 to October 7, 2012, the Defendant agreed to pay 8 to 90,000 won to female employees per customer within the instant officetel 1101, and employed the said officetel, and provided guidance to 13 to 1101,00 won from the male customers who found the said officetel, and provided guidance to 13 to 1101 so that female employees and customers may engage in sexual intercourse, the Defendant, around 14:50 on October 7, 2012, distributed, without permission, advertisements of the name cards in the size of “C” written on the photographs 6 in front of the entrance in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in order to solicit customers.

3. The Defendant of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 1304 and 1101 leased and operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “B”, and via the Internet “F” website.
