Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute sexual traffic or advertising materials harmful to juveniles that suggest it to the public in places where the general public pass through.

Nevertheless, around March 17, 2016, the Defendant distributed approximately 70 advertisements containing the phrase “B” indicating sexual traffic in front of the exit of subway No. 1 located in subway No. 414, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in the direction of dusting on the roadside, around 17, 2016.
