1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 8, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) on which the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of LAD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on August 6, 2013.

B. On October 2, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 2, 2013 under Defendant B’s name with respect to the instant real estate No. 1.

C. On October 2, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 2, 2013 in the name of Defendant C with respect to the instant 2 real estate.

On October 2, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 2, 2013 under Defendant D’s name with respect to the third real estate of this case.

2. Determination as to the claim

A. On August 2013, the Plaintiff requested the purchase and sale of each of the instant real estate to E, and then was not contacted from E until October 2013, 2013. On November 5, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff and the Defendants with respect to each of the instant real estate at latest, and became aware of the fact that the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the Defendants. The Plaintiff was not paid the purchase price. Accordingly, the Defendants, as the purchaser of each of the instant real estate, are obligated to pay the Plaintiff the purchase price of each of the instant real estate, KRW 80,000,000, and delay damages therefrom. (2) The Defendants concluded a sales contract with the F entrusted with the sale of each of the instant real estate by E representing the Plaintiff, and some of the purchase price was acquired or repaid with respect to each of the instant real estate at latest.
