1. The part against Defendant C in the judgment of the first instance shall be revoked.

Defendant C is indicated in attached Table 2 to the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. After that, the area of 6,838 square meters in Yangju-gun E was subdivided into 102 square meters in Dong-gun, Dong-gun, Do-si (hereinafter “real estate indicated in paragraph (2),”), 19,858 square meters in N-type land, 43 square meters in O-type land (hereinafter “real estate listed in paragraph (3),”) and 2,602 square meters in P-type land (hereinafter “real estate listed in paragraph (4)”).

9. 13. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of S on the ground of sale, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant C was completed in order with No. 13648, Dec. 9, 1977 by the same registry office.

In addition, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant Republic of Korea (Ministry of National Defense), which was based on sale and purchase on March 14, 1977 by the above registry office No. 2477 on March 14, 1977, was completed, and the real estate stated in paragraph 4.
