1. As to each of the corresponding shares listed in the inheritance shares table to the Plaintiffs, Defendant Korea shall:

A. Each of the lands listed in paragraphs (1) through (5) of the [Attachment List No. 1] was 436 m prior to the Gyeonggi-gun J (hereinafter referred to as “the land before the instant subdivision, and specified only by the lot number,” the same shall apply to the land other than the above lot number) before K 61m, L previously 134m, M previously 268m (hereinafter referred to as “the land No. 1”), N 15m (hereinafter referred to as “the land No. 2 of this case”; hereinafter referred to as “the land No. 2 of this case”; hereinafter referred to as “the land No. 3 of this case”); 292m prior to K 292 (hereinafter referred to as “the land listed in the Attached List No. 3”; hereinafter referred to as “the land listed in the Annex No. 4 of this case”); P. 63m (hereinafter referred to as “the land listed in the Annex No. 4; hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”); and 7 No. 5 P. 5mal. 2 of the land of this case.
After the Doll, the U.S. has changed to V in both States following the reorganization of administrative districts.
B. The Defendants’ registration of ownership preservation and ownership transfer registration (i.e., the Defendant Republic of Korea completed each registration of ownership preservation on the land of this case No. 4639, Oct. 6, 1959. The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership preservation on the land of this case No. 8948, Dec. 2, 1961 with respect to the land of this case No. 6.
D. The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of transfer of ownership on July 3, 1998 with respect to the land of this case on the ground of sale to Defendant H, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on September 1, 1993 with respect to the land of this case on the ground of sale to Defendant I, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership to W on February 26, 1992 with respect to the land of this case on the ground of sale to Defendant I. However, X was awarded a successful bid at the auction on December 13, 1994 and on March 15, 1995.
