A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a driver car in C in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Violation of Road Traffic Act, and the violation of Road Traffic Act;

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.143% among blood transfusions on April 23:30, 2017, and led the said car to proceed with the instant road near the Daejeon mid-gu D, Daejeon, by the string-distance outflow of the rooftop.

At the time, there were nights, and there was a stopping vehicle in accordance with the stop signals at the front door, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by keeping the front door and left door and left door well for the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle, and by safely proceeding along the distance from the front.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim F, such as salt, tensions, etc. in the light of the trend that requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim H (54 years of age) who was boarding the said car driven by F to approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, damaged the victim H-owned car to cover KRW 1,408,845 of the repair cost.

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated a Dap car which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
