A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order 40 hours to complete the sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2013, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced by the Seoul Central District Court to imprisonment for eight months for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and three years for a suspended sentence, and is currently under the grace period for the said sentence, which became final and conclusive on August 24, 2013.
