1. The Defendant shall pay 54,613,200 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 17, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the overall purport of the arguments by Gap 1-5, the Plaintiff operating a high-term wholesale business may be recognized as selling scrap equivalent to the sum of KRW 54,613,200 to the Defendant operating a restaurant from August 27, 2013 to April 10, 2015.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above fixed amount of KRW 54,613,200 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 17, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

If so, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is justified.
