1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,653,270 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments of Gap 1 and 2, the plaintiff, a liquor dealer, can recognize the fact that he/she sold alcoholic beverages equivalent to 38,653,270 won in total to the defendant, who operates the main points from July 7, 2015. Meanwhile, the plaintiff, on September 3, 2015, was paid five million won out of the aforementioned alcoholic beverage price. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining amount of 33,653,270 won (=38,653,270 won - 5,000 won) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 7, 2015 to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
