1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 332,080,00 and KRW 301,500,000 among them, from August 4, 2016 to 30.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a design service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendants with respect to the new construction of the Seocho-dong District Housing Association (hereinafter “instant project”) of the Seodaemun-gu District Housing Association (hereinafter “instant project”).

1. Name of contract: New construction works of the Dong/Dong District Housing Association; and

2. Outline of the construction work;

A. Orderer: Defendants

(b) Location of a building site: Bridge, Dong-dong, 975-4, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do;

(c) Total floor area: approximately 10,744 square meters ( approximately 33,500 square meters);

(d) Details of works: approximately 900 households of collective housing; and

3. Scope of services;

(a) Preparation of drawings and invoices;

(b) Preparation of specifications;

(c) Building authorization and permission;

(d) Examination and sealing of commencement and completion documents;

4. Amount of a service contract: 3,316,50,000 won (including value-added tax).

5. Contract period: From the contract date to the date of submitting books (Provided, That it shall be up to one year from the contract date);

6.Other matters: Application of design 80,000/p. (excluding value-added tax) (the final total floor area shall be the area approved for the project) (1) remuneration for design services shall be paid at the following rates:

(Provided, That the amount of 10% at the time of receipt of the deliberation of 15% 301,50,000,000 at the time of the contract by field (the original contract) and 15% at the time of completion of the deliberation of 15% 452,250,000 at the time of receipt of the project approval, 20% at the time of completion of the project approval of 20% 603,000,000 when the project approval was completed, 20% at the time of receipt of the project approval of 20% 603,00,000,000 when the execution of the project is completed, the Defendants shall pay the amount in cash to the Plaintiff within the date of receipt by the Plaintiff.

Article 20 (Special Matters)

2. In principle, in the event that the Defendants did not pay the service cost as specified in this service agreement, the Plaintiff does not submit the design performance document, and all the liabilities therefrom are attributable to the Defendants.

3.The time of payment of down payment shall be 10% of the service cost at the arrival of one month after the model cargo is open.

4.Article 16: 15 per cent of the time of delivery of the execution design documents and drawings, and remainder at the time of payment of the price.
