A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) 101 of the building C, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, D (ma, 54 years of age), E (ma, 36 years of age); (b) and F, G, and H, when drinking together with the victim, the victim’s head was fluor, a dangerous object under the influence of alcohol, and assaulted D; (c) the victim’s face was fluor’s disease, which is an object dangerous to the right side of the victim E; and (d) the victim’s fluor, at least 5 centimeters of length, was fluora, where the victim’s face needs to be treated for approximately one week.

2. 피고인은 2012. 7. 25. 22:50경 제1항 기재 행위로 신고를 받고 출동한 진천경찰서 I지구대 소속 경사 J에 의하여 현행범인으로 체포되어 충북 진천군 K에 있는 진천경찰서 I지구대로 인치된 뒤 그곳에서 “야 한국경찰 이 씹새끼야, 이 개새끼들아 니들 가만 안두겠어. 이 좆밥들아”라고 욕설을 하며 손으로 그곳에 있는 책꽂이의 책을 집어 던지는 등 소란을 피우고 J에 의하여 제지당하자 J의 입술을 오른발로 1회 걷어차는 등 J를 폭행함으로써 J의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
