1. The Defendant’s KRW 84,00,000 as well as 6% per annum from May 2, 2008 to April 19, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

In full view of the contents of evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the witness C’s testimony, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from May 2, 2008 to April 19, 2017, which is the day following the payment date, to the effect that the Plaintiff supplied 84,000,000 won to the Defendant on May 1, 2008. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 84,000 won per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
