1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from April 1, 2018 to December 5, 2018.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, the plaintiff and the defendant concluded a sales contract with the defendant to sell 300 macul engine 300,000 won per unit of 31,50,000 won in total, to the defendant on December 5, 2017, and agreed on March 31, 2018 on the time of payment in large sum. The plaintiff supplied 300 macul engines to the defendant on December 11, 2017 after the conclusion of the sales contract, and the defendant paid 60,000 won to the plaintiff on April 2, 2018. According to the above recognized facts, the defendant is obligated to pay 57 million won in total to the plaintiff on April 5, 2018, the remaining payment order (i.e., 63,000 won in total, 60,000 won in total, and 41,518,000 won in total.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
