A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authority with the purpose of use specified in accordance with the Presidential Decree, but the Defendant, in the Styang City B and C around 208, without obtaining permission from the smuggling market, the competent authority, in order to divert the mountainous district without permission.
