Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative authority on July 2013, converted the mountainous district into the mountainous district of 309 square meters by cutting and flating the mountainous district using a cutter in the forest of Dacheon-si around July 2013.
