1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 270,270,000 and the amount among them

A. From June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015, KRW 120,270.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s repayment period of KRW 120,270,000 to the Defendant Company between March 20, 2014 and Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

5. The Defendant C, the representative director of the Defendant Company, prepared a confirmation document stating that the Defendant C would repay the amount through a promissory note, and issued one promissory note from the Defendant Company as of May 31, 2014, and then remitted KRW 120,270,000 to the new bank account of the Defendant C.

B. On April 18, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) the amount of bills issued by the Defendant Company is KRW 100 million; and (b) the date of payment.

6. Upon receipt of one promissory note issued on 30. 30. Then, on the 21st of the same month, the Plaintiff entered into a loan certificate with the Defendant Company stating that KRW 100 million will be due and payable and lent to the Defendant Company on June 30, 2014.

C. On May 1, 2014, the Plaintiff prepared a certificate of loan with Defendant C, setting the amount of KRW 50 million as 30,000 on the 30th day of the same month and the 10th day of the interest month, with Defendant C’s maturity, and thereafter, remitted KRW 50,000 to Defendant C’s bank account.

Defendant C shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 270,270,00 (i.e., KRW 120,270,000 KRW 100 million) by August 1, 2014; (ii) the Defendant Company shall pay KRW 270,270,000 to the Plaintiff by September 3, 2014; and (iii) the Defendant Company shall pay KRW 270,270,00 by 00; and (iv) the Defendant Company shall not pay the amount by 30,000 if it did not pay the amount by 30,00,000 won by September 30, 2014; and (iv) the Defendant Company shall not pay the amount by 30,000 won by 10,000 won by 30,000,000 won by 30,000 won by 30,0000 won by 30,000 won by 314,2014.
