A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Evidence No. 1 of the case No. 4553 [Attachment 2017] seized shall be the amount consumed for expert evidence.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 1313]

1. On January 15, 2017, around 01:30, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, on the grounds that: (a) from the “D’s 01:30,” the Defendant was engaged in ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice, (b) was placed in the view of the victim E (the age 22); (c) was placed in hand; and (d) continued to put the victim’s arms into the Defendant.

2. At around 01:40 on January 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim F (n, 22 years of age) who had danced on the part of the said club on the part of the Defendant; (b) obstructed the victim’s bridge by using the victim’s bucks from the buckbucks to the end of the club; and (c) committed indecent act against the victim by taking the victim’s bucks once again, even though the victim prevented it, by taking the victim’s bucks.

3. On January 15, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim G (n, 22 years old) who was a customer of the said club; (b) induced the victim into both arms; (c) continued to attract the victim’s arms; (d) accessed the victim again to the ppuri; (b) kid the victim’s shoulder toward the arms; and (c) kiding the victim’s chest by hand; and (d) committed an indecent act against the victim.

4. 피고인은 2017. 1. 15. 02:00 경 위 ‘D ’에서, 위 클럽 손님으로 와 있던 피해자 H( 여, 22세 )에게 접근하여, 피해자가 남자친구와 함께 춤을 추고 있었음에도 팔로 피해자를 끌어안거나 피해자의 손을 잡아끌면서 피해자에게 귓속말로 “ 원 나잇하자. ”라고 말하고, 피해자가 이를 거부하며 피고인을 뿌리쳤음에도 계속하여 양팔로 피해자를 끌어안고, 피해자에게 뽀뽀를 하기 위하여 피고인의 입을 피해자의 얼굴에 가까이 하고, 피해자가 이를 재차 거부하자 피고인의 엉덩이를 흔들면서 피해자의 성기 쪽에 대고 비비고, 피해자의 뒤에서 피해자를 끌어안는 등으로, 피해자를 추행하였다.
