Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs one's own business of C within a five-day market located in Massung-gun B.

The slaughter, treatment, collection, and processing and storage of livestock products shall be carried out at a place of work permitted.

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on May 10, 2016, the Defendant slaughtered and treated 4 marinal chickens for sale in the five-day market on May 10, 2016 at a place other than the workplace.
