Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates slaughter business without permission under the trade name of “B.”

The slaughter and treatment of livestock, collection of livestock, and processing, packaging, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at a place of work permitted pursuant to Article 22 (1) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act.

Nevertheless, from September 3, 2015 to October 5, 2015, the Defendant slaughtered the average of 10 man per day to many and unspecified persons in the “B” located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and received fees equivalent to KRW 15,000 per day and kept in custody at a knife, after deducting the fnife of livestock products such as ducks from the knife, and sold the knife after deducting the fnife from the knife.
