B The Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,000, and a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2011, the Defendants reported the signboard of the above sales store "F clothing sales store" in the "F clothes sales store operated by the Defendants located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City E, with the name of the current F, and told the victims G to the effect that "At all times, the store runs the Cheongba franchise sales store with the trade name of the current F, and the store is more than 30, and there are many people currently asking for the franchise store." Upon joining the FF franchise store, the Defendants said that "the FF store will supply 100% domestic blueba, and return and exchange will be done at any time."

그러나 사실 피고인들은 자신들의 친척들이 운영하는 판매점을 포함하여 총 6개의 판매점에 청바지를 공급하고 있을 뿐 30여 개의 가맹점을 두고 있는 사실이 없었고, 애초부터 공급할 청바지 중 상당 부분이 중국산이었으며, 피고인들이 공급하는 청바지가 속칭 땡처리 물건이기 때문에 이를 반품 및 교환해 줄 수 없는 상황이었다.

The Defendants received 3 million won in the name of the victim as the price for Cheongbaon on December 1, 201, and 4 million won in the name of the interior expenses around the 12th day of the same month.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deceive the victim, thereby deceiving 7 million won.
