1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 13 through 16 (including each number) which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted by the court of first instance, and therefore, it shall be quoted as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
