Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court cited in the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the rejection of each description of evidence Nos. 5 through 7, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence added by this court. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. The judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
