1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,320,595 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 10, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: The plaintiff is an employee employed by the defendant who conducts the business of manufacturing communications and security equipment, who was employed by the plaintiff to work as B from January 1, 2009 to February 23, 2017, and retired.

The wages and retirement allowances in arrears at the time of retirement reach 36,320,595 won.

The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff delayed wages and retirement allowances, 36,320,595 won, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from March 10, 2017 to the date of complete payment, which is the 14th day following the Plaintiff’s retirement date ( February 23, 2017).
