1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine; 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2009, the defrauded stated that “F” restaurant operated by the victim E in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, would be repaid after this mold if the victim borrowed only one million won as soon as necessary.”

However, even if the victim borrowed money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay it.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 1 million from the victim as the borrowed money in the same place, and acquired it by fraud.

2. Around 13:00 on June 201, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim E (manam and 35 years of age) on his/her hand floor on the ground that he/she did not engage in his/her usual marriage but did not participate in his/her marriage in the “G” where he/she works for the Defendant in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) threatening the victim’s blick with his/her son and her metal.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 피고인은 2011. 11. 18. 21:30경 서울 서대문구 D에 있는 H이 운영하는 ‘I’ 주점에서 일행인 J, K, L과 함께 술을 마시던 중, 피해자 M(남, 46세)이 평소 피고인이 좋아하던 여종업원과 함께 술을마셨다는 이유로 피고인은 자리를 피하려는 위 M을 불러 세워 웃옷을 벗고 문신을 보여주는 등 겁을 주며 주먹과 발로 위 M의 얼굴을 수회 때리고 바닥에 넘어뜨려 발로 걷어차고, 위 J, K, L은 이에 가세하여 위 M의 허리띠와 머리채, 팔을 잡고 도망가지 못하게 하고, 위 M의 형인 피해자 N(남, 49세)가 이를 제지하자 피고인은 주먹으로 위 N의 얼굴을 수회 때려 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 위 J, K, L은 이에 가세하여 넘어진 위 N의 온몸을 발로 수회 걷어찼다.
