Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant driven a low-priced car with alcohol content of 0.104% while under the influence of alcohol at a section of approximately 300 meters from the road near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the road front of the same road located in the same funeral route 45 (Influence-dong).
