A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

On December 27, 2012, the Defendant and the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) were sentenced to imprisonment for and on June 26, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 26, 2015.

1. On the following day of the above case, there is a risk of recommitting a sexual crime in light of the fact that the Defendant committed an indecent act on women within the subway train, such as paragraph (2) of the above criminal facts.
