On April 6, 2017, the Defendant driven around 01:14, at around 01:162% alcohol concentration among blood, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with approximately KRW 1km from the section of 1km in front of the entrance of the dong-dong of the Dongdong-dong in the same city, in the vicinity of the non-fluence-dong trade name of the Busan Sogdong-dong.
