Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2018, the Defendant driven B benz automobiles in the section of approximately 500 meters from the parking lot of the Sogdong-dong Sogdong-dong, Busan to the front road of the Donggdong-dong Dong-dong, 0.274% of alcohol concentration (the result of blood collection appraisal) during blood transfusion around 00:30 on May 23, 2018.
